Unemployment statistics are way up. The Real estate market is in bad shape. To put it bluntly, the current economy stinks.

Especially, with the shaky economy, it just makes sense to build a steady residual stream of income. With corporate restructuring and downsizing, unemployment figures rising and corporations doing away with 401k and retirement plans, large groups of workers, especially white collar professionals, are gravitating to internet marketing.

Internet marketing is the perfect arena to create residual income. Such income streams are fashioned by teammates working together and understanding how to maximize MLM companies compensation plan. The theory is that each team member contributes a little of the effort, and profits from the teams' actions.

There are absolutely no guarantees and you can't simply sign up and automatically become wealthy. The Solution is duplication of efforts. The theory is that if you grow a large enough team it can continue to operate and produce passive income with without you having to do anything.

So, in conclusion, work hard to become a leader and mentor. Construct a core band of leaders who follow your strategy for success. After that, train leaders to teach the team how to follow the plan. Once you succeed in this you are on your way to producing a residual income for yourself.
